“I have good appetite and yet I don’t put on weight easily. I have not tried a single dose of Botox at the age of 42, and I never needed one. My secret is DETOX & GOOD NUTRITION!” — Jacelyn Tay.
Founded in 2006 by famous Singaporean actress cum health coach Jacelyn Tay (also the author of best-selling books “Feel Good Look Good with Jacelyn” and “Make-up for Asian Women”), Body Inc.® has helped many individuals, including many celebrity friends and busy professionals achieve a slim and healthy body and beautiful skin via detox and nutrition. Through our integrated medicine, we find out where the body is imbalanced and seek to restore its health.
“Nutrition and good blood circulation is the basis of a slim body. By feeding the nutrients that it lacks, the body starts functioning better, ability to purge the excess toxic waste improves and fats reduced.”

A brief history
At the age of 26, she suffered from regular fainting spells and fainted up to five times a day. However, medical tests did not show any abnormal results. ENT doctors, neurologists and cardiologists explained that there was simply no identifiable cause and therefore, no cure.
Finally, Jacelyn was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome by an Internal Medicine Specialist. Unfortunately, there was no medicine or cure for this auto-immune disorder.
