Drinking water helps to maintain the balance of your body fluids, which is essential for your body systems; digestion, absorption, circulation, transportation of nutrients, maintenance of body temperature…etc.
Drinking more water also comes with many health benefits; relieves constipation, prevents headaches, treats kidney stones, boosts metabolism, flushes out toxins in body and promotes radiant skin. Here’s a few tips for you to drink more water: 1. Add veggie or fruit slices (apple, strawberry, cucumber…etc) in your bottle!
2. Sip occasionally!
3. Always re-fill your bottle once you’ve emptied it.
4. Make it a habit to bring a bottle with you wherever you go.
5. Use a straw to drink your water (this doesn’t work for everyone, but most people drink more with straws).
