How to have good skin?

Updated: Mar 17, 2022

This is a common question I often get as a health coach. Well, I don't do facial, never tried botox, never use sunblock. It is not because I have good genes. Good genes cannot sustain good skin if you don't have a well-balanced body.

I always tell my client with skin problems, there is no dry skin type, oily skin type or sensitive type. There is only one skin type - normal skin. If your skin is oily/ dry/sensitive, you have abnormal skin. Something is wrong with your internal body. Often, when they correct their diet and lifestyle, my clients' skin becomes normal type again. Acne, pimples, eczema, rosacea etc all gone. I nourish my skin from within. If you have a well-nourished body, skin will be good. Feed pure water, healthy food, good sleep, positive thoughts and happy music to your body and your skin will be good.

But first, do no harm.

The more drugs you take or inject, the more you are clogging up your internal system. The more chemicals you slap on your skin, the more you reduce the skin's natural healing ability.
